When we asked our LinkedIn followers about their preferred way of working, the final results revealed that a whopping 88% prefer the hybrid work model, where you combine office days with remote workdays 🏠
Among the respondents, 46% said they prefer to work from home 1-2 days a week, 38% prefer 2-3 days a week, and 16% prefer 3-4 days a week.
Hybrid work promotes flexibility and trust in the workplace. With the flexibility comes the trust in employees’ ability to perform their tasks effectively, regardless of their location. It also allows employees to better tailor their workdays to their individual needs and responsibilities, which can ultimately help them achieve a more harmonious balance between their professional and personal lives.
It is also our experience, when we speak with candidates, that a flexible work environment is considered an important factor when they’re looking for their next dream job. We also find that the majority of the companies that we work with are meeting this demand by giving their employees the opportunity to work from home during the week.
