Management Consultant (B2B Marketing) for Kvadrant



  • Our B2B clients are increasingly exploring new ways for sales and marketing to grow smarter, often supported by new digital tools.
  • Our clients also recognize that sales and marketing are critical functions to strengthen, as “how-you-sell” and the customer experience become key differentiators and sources of growth.
  • We help those clients transform their sales and marketing approach and develop the capabilities needed to “run the engine” themselves

  • Commercial consultant: Advice commercial leaders on (a) how they should structure their marketing activities (digital & analogue), (b) how they should build their marketing team/organisation capabilities and (c) which supporting tech infrastructure they should invest in.
  • Change consultant: Help marketing organisations successfully make the transformation from analogue to digital. Processes, capabilities, tools, culture & management cadence.
  • Content specialist: Help clients design lead flows and identify which content to produce for high engagement, conversion & lead generation. Support with hands-on content production.




  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree or higher
  • B2B Marketing Background: You come from an agency/consultancy where you have worked with B2B Marketing. 3-10 years of experience.
  • Consultant capabilities: You have experience managing projects and leading change in organisations (Project planning, reporting, stakeholder management etc.)
  • Creative capabilities: You have experience creating digital content for B2B companies (Guides, articles, value calculators, self-assessments etc.), to drive engagement, conversion & lead generation.
  • Digital capabilities: You have experience working with Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and other tools in the MarTech space and know how to combine into an operational marketing tech stack.
  • PPT & Excel: You excel at creating presentations & documents using PowerPoint and comfortable working in excel
  • Language: You excel at communication in both Danish and English.
