Head of Social Marketing for PANDORA

Then you could be the right candidate for the position as Head of the Social Marketing team in Digital Marketing.

Pandora’s Social Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing on the Social Marketing channel & content strategy, and has a primary role in optimizing experiences within the overall consumer journey. The team works very close with other departments and local markets, ensuring coherence btw. PR, off- and online marketing, ecommerce and in-store consumer activation.



  • Management of 5 team members with great attention and care
  • Connecting the Social Marketing strategy with the overall corporate and marketing strategy
  • Planning and rolling out the Social Marketing channel and content strategy, and ensure governance and great cooperation with our +100 local markets
  • Staying ahead of the ‘social game’, seeking new opportunities and defining business cases for succeeding
  • Create coherence between Social Marketing and other functions within Global Office such as Brand Design, Brand Marketing and Ecommerce.
  • Education organization on relevant areas within Social Marketing, to improve content production and overall performance
  • Program management of social projects and prioritization of tasks within the team.




  • Must be experienced in developing global or regional Social Media strategies within paid, owned and earned.
  • Strategic experience with all main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp.
  • Must have experience in working with digital or social marketing within international/complex business landscape
  • Strong knowledge in what it takes to develop social-first content.
  • Broad experience within the fields of Digital Marketing, along with Social Media prefered.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Sprinklr, Socialbakers, Smartly, Adobe, Google analytics etc.




  • A relevant commercial, marketing education in higher level.
  • People-management experience.
  • Great passion for social media
  • Strong consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines.
  • Flexible working approach with a proactive solution focus.
  • Must be structured and organized.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Grounded and stable personality.
  • Open minded with a positive attitude.
