YOUR ROLE

Head of the Digital Analytics & Marketing Technology which is part of the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence department.

The team currently consists of two FTEs, but the current aim and allowance for the team is 4 FTE in total.

We currently run a quite advanced Adobe tech stack with integrations to, and activation of, all lead and client data.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Build and maintain a high performing team with state- of-the-art competencies within marketing technology and apply this to all relevant areas in Saxo Bank. This includes – but is not limited to – leveraging analytics and marketing technology to constantly improve and personalize the Saxo Experience and increase operational efficiency across the value chain.  The goal is to position Saxo Bank as a pioneer within Digital and Intelligent Automation, to optimize business objectives and client experience.

 

  • Overall: Responsible for Saxo Banks continuous development and implementation of marketing technology to ensure and provide operational digital intelligence and insights to support and improve acquisition quality, digital presence and marketing spend allocation. Responsible for global marketing tracking infrastructure creating transparency and visibility throughout the Saxo Bank digital value chain and ensure access to actionable analytics and implementation of ROMI optimization initiatives.
  • Digital Analytics: Responsible for global marketing tracking infrastructure creating transparency and visibility throughout the Saxo Bank digital value chain and ensure access to actionable analytics and assist in implementation of ROMI optimization initiatives. Ensuring CXO and marketing initiatives and activities are successfully implemented, monitored, evaluated and optimized in cooperation with stakeholders, agencies, cross-functional departments and regional offices
  • Marketing Technology: Drive Saxo Banks continuous and further development and implementation of marketing technology to ensure and provide operational marketing insights to support and improve acquisition quality, digital presence and marketing spend allocation
  • Personalization: Apply the framework described above to utilize our data and client digital footprints to drive personalization of Saxo Banks websites and digital channels.
  • Data driven insights and dashboard: Develop and ensure organizational implementation of data driven tools and dashboards that can optimize the digital value chain processes and link daily work to relevant KPIs.

 

MANDATE

  • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, make all decisions needed whether to buy or develop in house in the area of artificial intelligence and big data applications. This includes vendor evaluation regarding AI and chatbot services.
  • Drive personalization of websites in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Attract, retain, and develop a talented group of staff that can enable and drive the digital transformation towards a truly data driven organization.
  • Communicate the AI & data strategy internally and externally to relevant stakeholders, partners, and media.
  • Facilitate a cross organizational committee for approving price changes. Provide data and analytics that can help Saxo Bank to obtain information about price sensitivity and optimization.
