We are looking for a CRM & Data Manager to our Nordic marketing team. As CRM and Data Manager you will be responsible for our customer and prospect database, you will work on analysis, forecasting and reporting of marketing and sales data. You will report to Head of Marketing & Digital, Nordics. The position is based in our Copenhagen office.



Using Salesforce, you will manage the customer and prospects database: You audit and cleanse data on a regular basis, you manage on a day-to-day basis the relationship with our data provider and make sure we are aligned with GDPR requirements. You present data in the right form (dashboards, graphs, charts or tables) to provide key insights that lead to better business decisions.

Campaigns: You will provide the right data set for the different campaigns (digital or telemarketing): by analyzing a large pool of data, you will make recommendations on the best segments to target.

You will be the point of entry for all Marketing data science projects: you will need to scope, coordinate, train, monitor and optimize such projects and identify new opportunities to leverage data. Examples include segmentation, profiling, market analysis/ study, data from campaigns.

You will be the Salesforce “super-user” for the Nordics: you will liaise with internal stakeholders on Salesforce updates. You will set guidelines and process to align the use of Salesforce internally. Help roll-out new developments, train and communicate to commercial teams.



  • Academic degree or equivalent in Maths, Data Science, Economics or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years experience of business analytics experience is a must, marketing experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of martech platforms is a plus (Marketo and Google Analytics).
  • Highly analytical background and mindset
  • Attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to transform data into actionable recommendations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience improving and streamlining processes.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Proactive and positive
